It is both a product of reimagined notebook sleeves and our desire to use our scraps, like the cuts that we use in its butterfly flap pen slot closing design. But unlike the other notebook sleeves where the butterfly flap’s placement is above the midline, we positioned ours in the middle. This small tweaking allowed us to innovate and make it reversible.
