The cotton fabric print used for this set is an elegant looking, gilded geometric pattern. It reminds us of Egyptian lilies, arts, and amulets set on a greyish-black background. Like a coloring mandala, the geometric prints are shaded with grey, orange and blue, giving it a unique character. For the lining and the tie, we chose a burnt orange with ink blot markings and appearance to give it a retro-vintage art appeal. Fabrics with distressed looks are wonderful to use for pen wraps. And cotton material absorbs accidental “inkcidents” quickly; blending into the distressed fabric as if part of its original design. Or, it can be washed off easily.
